These terms and conditions govern participation in the sales promotion “Golden October Deals” of Safety Tax Free GmbH, Zeppelinstr. 33, 85748 Garching bei München (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).

1. Promotion Period and Eligibility

Promotion period: The promotion runs from 03.10.2026 up to and including 31.10.2026 (hereinafter the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility: Private individuals and commercial end customers with their place of residence or registered office in Germany are eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Procedure & Promotional Product

To participate in the promotion, the participant must purchase a new PLUS series battery storage unit, namely a BK215 PLUS, B215 PLUS or EV3600 (hereinafter the “Promotional Product”) from a participating brick-and-mortar or online retailer of the Organiser within the Promotion Period.

For every order placed that contains at least one of the products listed, the participant receives a gift of their choice free of charge (hereinafter the “Bonus”). The participant can choose between an everHome EcoTracker IR and a Deye 800 W micro-inverter (SUN-M80G4-EU-Q0). Only one Bonus can be received per order.

Procedure upon purchase:

Option A (online retail): The participant must report the purchase by email to aktion@sunenergyxt.com no later than 14.11.2026, including the invoice, the desired Bonus and their address. After successful verification, the Bonus will be sent by post to an address in Germany. The Organiser will endeavour to send the Bonus as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to high demand.

Option B (brick-and-mortar retail): The participant must report the purchase by email to aktion@sunenergyxt.com no later than 14.11.2026, including the proof of purchase and their address. After successful verification, the Bonus (everHome EcoTracker IR) will be sent by post to an address in Germany. The Organiser will endeavour to send the Bonus as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to high demand.

3. Special Conditions & Exclusion

The promotion is only valid while stocks last. Once stocks are exhausted, there is no longer any entitlement to the Bonus.

Reversal of the purchase contract: If the participant exercises a statutory or contractual right of return (e.g. withdrawal from the purchase), the entitlement to the free Bonus expires. In this case, the Bonus must be returned to the Organiser unopened and in its original packaging together with the Promotional Product. If the Bonus is not returned, the Organiser is entitled to claim the regular retail value of the Bonus or to deduct it from the refund amount.

Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the Bonus is excluded.

Resellers and wholesalers are expressly excluded from participating in this promotion.

4. Data Protection

The personal data collected as part of the promotion (e.g. name, address, email address, proof of purchase) will be processed by Safety Tax Free GmbH exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and handling this promotion.

Insofar as the processing of the participants’ personal data is based on their consent, they consent to the processing by Safety Tax Free GmbH by submitting their personal data.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time, free of charge, with effect for the future. The withdrawal must be sent to privacy@safetytaxfree.com or to the contact details stated in the legal notice. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until receipt of the withdrawal remains unaffected.

Once the promotion has been fully completed, the participants’ personal data will be deleted, unless statutory retention periods or other legal obligations prevent deletion.

5. Final Provisions

The Organiser expressly reserves the right to end the promotion prematurely or to amend the terms and conditions of participation at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the draw from proceeding as planned.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Recourse to the courts is excluded.

6. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision that comes economically closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a gap in these terms and conditions.
